We are here to do more than treat patients, and we’re taking the time to get to know our amazing new community members and their pets. You’ll find our booth at several upcoming events, including:

Your pet is more than a name on our chart, and when you bring in your cat or dog, we will ensure you both will feel like part of our family. Our veterinary professionals want you to be an active participant in your pet’s care because we value your role as a pet care partner. Our experienced team members will always describe and explain your pet’s condition and needs in a friendly—and straightforward—manner. We enjoy answering questions to help add to your pet care toolbox. 

Our compassionate and knowledgeable care coordinators will work closely with you and your pet’s veterinarian from the moment you enter our facility to ensure your pet’s care is administered seamlessly. We view your pet as an individual who requires care and conversations that reflect their unique needs.

A proactive approach to your pet’s health 

We want your pet to live their longest, happiest, healthiest life, and preventive and wellness services—in addition to sick care—are key to achieving this goal. Many health issues are preventable with proper care, and innumerable diseases are more easily treated when detected early, before your pet shows illness signs. If you wait until your pet is significantly ill or disabled, treatment will be less effective, and their quality of life and longevity will likely decrease. 

We recommend that you bring in your adult or senior pet for a primary care appointment every six months. Our Roosevelt Animal Hospital team offers a full range of veterinary primary care services, including:

  • Preventive care, including vaccinations and parasite control
  • Treatment for minor illnesses and injuries

Our hospital is designed to provide comprehensive care for all of our patients’ needs. An onsite laboratory allows our team to provide immediate results for many diagnostic screenings, instead of waiting two to three days for results from an outside lab.   • Primary care — Primary care services include routine checkups, preventive care, and early detection and treatment of health problems.
  • Dentistry — We offer comprehensive veterinary dental care services to help keep your pet’s teeth and gums healthy and strong, helping protect your four-legged friend from developing dental disease. 
  • Diagnostics — We use state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to provide quick and accurate results. Our range of diagnostic services includes:
    • Blood tests
    • X-rays

Veterinary care when your pets needs it most 

We are more than a team of veterinary professionals. We are pet owners, parents, partners, and community members, and we understand how busy life can get—especially during the work week. Unlike most veterinary hospitals, we offer weekend appointments—we will be open Sunday through Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

Although parking can be a hassle in the city, no worries. Our facility has a large parking lot. If you rely on public transportation, you are also in luck. We are located directly across the street from a light rail station.
